Scheduled courier deliveries are those deliveries that have a recurring delivery frequency and ship-to point. Scheduled delivery service can be to one location or multiple locations, with shipments once per day or multiple times per week.  To assist with operational planning, customers can specify their desired pickup and delivery times.  The same technology allows customers to track deliveries in real-time, giving them the insight and transparency into their shipping operations that they need.

Orbit provides scalable warehouse services and environments for both long term or shortterm projects.  Our warehouses are fully securedclimate controlledand are equipped with the latest in material handling and inventory management technologies.  Products in our warehouses range in size, weight, and come from multiple industries.  We store everything from medical equipment, office supplies, computer equipment, machinery parts and entire engines.   Our services we offer include pick, pack and shipping, crossdocking, long and short-term storage, B2B and B2C order fulfillment, and value add services like kitting and co-packing.

On average, the normal lead time needed to start up a new operation is 6-8 weeks. This time includes pricing and contract negotiation, warehouse setup, driver training, and inventory transition. The complexity of the services being provided or the scale of the operation may impact that timing. Orbit has experience implementing both small and large customers and will work closely with you on developing a detailed implementation timeline with major milestones, dependencies, and assignment of responsibilities.

All of Orbit’s facilities are secure with door contacts, alarms, and video surveillance. All employees need badges to access the warehouse and all visitors must check in when entering the building

Orbit is fully insured with commercial liability, warehouse / cargo legal, and automobile liability coverage with an umbrella policy for any excess liability.
